Job Title: Business Manager / Recruitment Manager
Salary: 60k (neg) with OTE 100k 1st year
Location: Leeds ,West Yorkshire

Role: A Privately owned and rapidly growing professional services recruitment company specialising in Accountancy and Finance is seeking a Business Manager /Recruitment Manager to manage an existing team of Accountancy and Professional Services Recruitment Consultants in. As the Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Manager you will report to the CEO , and lead an existing team of accountancy and professional services Recruitment Consultants . You will be involved in training and development of the recruitment sales staff. Monitoring KPIs ,and their career plans and implementing an ongoing training programme. Effective planning and implementing a growth strategy for the recruitment company in Yorkshire.

Skills: Professional services recruitment background is desirable though not essential -Accountancy Recruitment ,HR Recruitment and Executive Search Commercial Recruitment .Person This role could suit a Managing recruitment consultant /Team leader or divisional manager wanting to take the next step in their career .You may be a Branch Manager /Business Manager wanting more autonomy of running your own team .All experienced senior and managing recruitment consultants will be considered if you have a proven background in recruitment and billing. All senior recruitment consultants and branch managers from any sector of recruitment background will be considered.
