Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant -Specialist Recruitment

Location:South Yorkshire & West Yorkshire .Flexibility to work between the two offices or remotely .

Company: Listen Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist recruitment business seeking to expand their recruitment team in both the South & West Yorkshire area . They offer bespoke professional recruitment for permanent and interim professional roles up to senior executive and board level. Due to the success in recent years, and reinvestment of their profits, there is a clear strategic plan to take further market share in 2018/19. As a Recruitment Consultant ,Managing Consultant or Team Leader you will work on an exclusive or retained basis with long standing clients. The candidates are generally known to the company or generated through strong contacts and search methods . There is limited need to advertise as competition is limited due to the profile of the company and the owner of the business in their niche sector. The recruitment fees are almost guaranteed as much as they can be .2019 already has recruitment campaigns signed off .The approach is focussed on the quality of service rather than discounted contingency recruitment.

Skills Required: As a specialist operator they do not expect you to have first hand knowledge of their industry sector . They believe that the hunger and desire to succeed in recruitment is far more important than the academic background or previous sector knowledge of an individual. Consideration will be given to any recruiter that wishes to cross train and specialise in a sector .

Culture: The office environment is busy, professional and non KPI report focussed. It all about quality .The team are treated with respect and they are trusted that the recruitment campaigns will be completed to the service level expected by the client and candidate. Each fee earner manages their own desk and recruitment projects without being micromanaged and watched over . Please note that whilst we can be flexible with Recruitment sector it is an essential that you a have a some recruitment experience in order to be considered for this role .

Any level of experience as a Recruitment Consultant ,Managing Consultant ,Team Leader and or Manager (fee earning) will be considered
