Job Title: Senior Recruitment Manager
Salary: 80k (neg) with OTE 100k 1st year
Location: As the head of recruitment and due to the future office openings & an existing network preference is to be based in Leeds West yorkshire ,however those that wish to work from South Yorkshire, Doncaster, Barnsley, Rotherham or the East Midlands - Leicester, Nottingham and Derby will also be considered if you are comfortable travelling to the leeds office once a week.
Role: As the Head of Accountancy and Finance /HR /Legal Recruitment you will work along side the CEO , and lead an existing team of Recruitment Consultants in the professional services market .This is across the professional services divisions and the network of offices in the Yorkshire /Midlands area. You will be involved in training and development of the recruitment sales staff. Monitoring KPIs ,and their career plans and implementing an ongoing training programme. Effective planning and implementing a growth strategy for the recruitment offices in the Yorkshire /Midlands area.
Package: long term equity plan, Car allowance/Fuel Card, Pension/Healthcare -Family, Gym membership, Flexible working if required.
Sectors: Accountancy and finance ,Legal recruitment and HR recruitment across all levels temporary and permanent ,interim and retained recruitment.
Skills: Professional services recruitment background is desirable though not essential -Accountancy Recruitment ,HR Recruitment and Executive Search Commercial Recruitment.
Person: This role could suit a Managing Recruitment Consultant /Team leader or Divisional Manager wanting to take the next step in their career .You may also be a Senior Business Manager of head of a smaller recruitment company seeking a senior role with potential of partnership options.
All experienced senior and managing recruitment consultants will be considered if you have a proven background in recruitment and billing especially in the accountancy recruitment ,legal recruitment and or HR recruitment market. Due to the expansion of the company we can consider. Managing Recruitment Consultants with sector background or knowledge/interest in the sectors. Business Managers from any sector background with good management experience in recruitment. Head of recruitment and Directors that have managed a business and seeking a company which can offer equity and shares. Office Location West Yorkshire
